As both a licensed real estate broker and a North Carolina State Bar certified paralegal, she brings a practical understanding of the legal and real estate considerations that often shape these transactions. She helps families, heirs, personal representatives, and trustees understand their options and make informed decisions about what comes next.

Lakisha is also the owner of Real Estate SOS at KW Elite Realty, where she provides traditional real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout the Triangle. Through Real Estate SOS, she assists clients with buying, selling, relocation, downsizing, senior moves, divorce-related real estate, and other transactions that may require additional planning and guidance.
