Probate Property SOS was founded by Lakisha A. Chichester, a licensed real estate broker and NC State Bar Certified Paralegal with a background spanning real property law, family law, finance, insurance and contract administration.
Lakisha has personally navigated both probate and estate administration and created Probate Property SOS to fill a gap she saw repeatedly: families, heirs, and personal representatives are often left to manage inherited property without clear, practical support.
At Probate Property SOS, we understand both the legal framework and the practical responsibilities that come with inherited property. We work alongside families, attorneys, trustees and financial advisors to help ensure property-related responsibilities are identified, organized, and managed. That may include property cleanouts, vendor coordination, property oversight, document gathering, professional referrals, sale preparation, and ongoing communication during a difficult transition.
